Description of the company and its activity

Industrias Alzuca S.A. was set up in 1967, to make precision springs and parts by forming and press forming strips and wires. Our quality system is deeply rooted on all levels of our organisation, based on prevention, process control and continuous improvement, with the clear aim of ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. All the dies and forming components are designed and made on our premises thanks to high technology equipment. We have a wide range of machinery, able to make parts from strips of up to 110 mm wide and 4 mm thick (depending on the width) and wire of up to 8 mm diameter, with a maximum elongation of 400 mm. We incorporate advanced devices in our manufacturing system which enable us to make parts with threaded holes from M-2 to M-8 up to a total of 4 threaded holes per part.
